What is dye sublimation printing?
This is a state of the art technology that uses heat activated inks that change from a solid state to a gas when heated and have the ability to bond to polyester and acrylic surfaces. Sublimated surfaces are extremely washable, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe because the image does not sit on top of the product it is within the surface, so you can not feel the image. Dye sublimation offers a level of color, richness, vibrancy and permanency that can not be matched by other printing processes.
